What is the difference between a digital and a physical gift card?
Digital gift cards are available for immediate download and can be printed yourself. They have no delivery time and are sent via email immediately upon receipt of payment.
Physical gift cards are vouchers printed on high-quality glossy paper that we send by mail to the destination address. Despite using express mail, this can take up to 2 days.
Can I return a voucher or have it paid out in cash?
You may revoke the voucher within our cancellation period. Partially redeemed vouchers are excluded from this, and a cash refund is not possible.
How long is a voucher valid for?
Unlimited! After 3 years, we ask that you contact us to renew the code.
