Our natural leather mousepads are crafted from uncoated Italian Nappa leather. This material distinguishes itself from conventional leathers through its plastic-free surface.

Contrary to standard modern practices, this leather is treated only with oils and waxes. This allows it to age naturally, develop a unique patina, and acquire a distinctive vintage look.

Due to the completely natural surface treatment, organic features such as scars, insect bites, and other natural markings remain visible. We intentionally craft our products by including these harmless characteristics (such as healed scars) to emphasize our deep connection to nature.

Care Instructions

Our mousepads can be effortlessly wiped down with a damp cloth. However, please avoid repeated or heavy rubbing with wet or coarse cloths, as this may cause slight abrasion of the protective wax layer. Please note that they are not machine washable.

Grease and oil splashes are easily absorbed into the leather without leaving permanent stains. Should scratches or worn areas occur, they can be easily treated and refreshed with a suitable leather care product.

We tan, wax, and oil our leather using our own custom formula to create a water-repellent surface that can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Because there’s no synthetic coating, oils and marks may absorb—but they usually fade with time and become part of the leather’s natural patina.
