Color: Tobacco

Our products are made from untreated Italian nappa leather. Unlike conventional leather, this material has a plastic-free surface.
In contrast to modern industry standards, we only oil and wax our leather — allowing it to age naturally, develop a distinctive patina, and last for years. No plastic, no coatings — just pure nature.

Thanks to this fully natural surface treatment, characteristics such as scars, insect bites, and minor imperfections remain visible.
We intentionally include these harmless natural features to highlight the authenticity and character of the leather.

Dimensions

Placemats:

Coasters: 10 × 10 cm

Care Instructions

The placemat and coasters can be easily wiped clean with a wet cloth. In the case of stubborn dirt such as dried sauce or dough, the soiled area must first be moistened to soften, as repeated rubbing with wet, rough cloths can lead to slight abrasion of the wax layer. They are not machine washable. Grease and oil splashes soak into the leather without leaving stains.

Any scratches or worn areas can be treated with a leather care product.

Water-Repellent

Leather has long been a symbol of durability—and for good reason.

We tan, wax, and oil our leather using our own custom formula to create a water-repellent surface that can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Because there’s no synthetic coating, oils and marks may absorb—but they usually fade with time and become part of the leather’s natural patina.

Natural

What sets this leather apart is its plastic-free surface.

Unlike most modern leather, ours is simply oiled and waxed—no synthetic coatings that can crack or peel over time. Just pure, natural material designed to last.

Our leather is sourced exclusively from Italy and tanned under strict environmental standards.

Durable

Plastic-free leather doesn’t break down.

Like a vintage leather armchair, it serves you well for a lifetime when properly cared for—developing a rich patina and ageing naturally.

Light scratches can easily be treated with leather balm, restoring the surface to a like-new appearance.

These are beautiful, supple, and soft. Shipping was very quick. Thank you!

Not oval as pictured. Should have been told they are a random shape.

Absolutely gorgeous placemats! HIGH quality. Larger size allows for plate charger too with room! They are PERFECT - could not be happier! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE!!

The placemats are absolutely beautiful

Love them perfect for what I was looking for with our earthy live edge table.

Beautiful placemats! Just what we were looking for to complete our dining room!

Feels like premium quality leather. I really liked the natural look of the leather, especially because it had some scars and markings that brought out the individual character of the table mat. If you like a more rustic appearance, these table set might be for you.

Alles wie erwartet und sogar besser. Das weiche Leder liegt sehr gut, nicht die geringsten Wellen oder abstehende Ecken.

Great service and quality, but sadly the colour wasn’t quite what I’d hoped for
